Wedding planning can feel like a second job! With full-service planning, we assist you with every aspect of your wedding from makeup to catering. This is best if you work crazy hours and really need someone to do the majority of the planning for you, OR if you love the idea of having tons of support for all the details of your event. Note that some venues require Full Service Planning.

Partial Planning.

We work directly with up your venue, rentals and lighting vendors. In addition, you select 3 other vendors for us to manage. We obtain quotes and handle all communication with these vendors quotes throughout the planning process. The most common vendors selected include: catering, bartending, florist, and transportation as they tend to require the most coordination

This is the right package if you have a demanding job and have limited time to spend on wedding planning. You’d have someone to work directly with many of the vendors, but you feel comfortable booking the remainder of them on your own.

event management

Sometimes referred to as a “Month-Of” package in the industry. But this is a bit different. We directly manage your rentals and lighting vendors. We are there to assist with general advice, budget assistance, and lots of vendor recommendations throughout the planning process (not just that last month!). We collect all your vendor contracts as you book them, confirm all vendors 2-4 weeks prior, and create a wedding timeline which is sent to all your vendors to follow.

This is the right package if you have plenty of time to plan your wedding, feel comfortable booking your vendors (with a little hand-holding along the way), and mainly want someone to manage all coordination aspects of the big day.

Packages start at $5,000 and pricing depends on the date, venue, budget, number of guests, and level of service required.

Note that some venues require a Full Service Package (such as ranches, private homes, estates, and any venue that needs all items to be brought in).
